All of the BFA dorms provide apartments for the dorm parents.

| Dingy and poor lighting, bare block walls! |
Unfortunately, one of the dorm apartments had a kitchen created from a boiler room.
Lack of lighting and a myriad of pipes made the kitchen most uninviting!
Two weeks ago Smitty and Clint took on the remodeling project, adding lighting, ceiling, sliding doors over the pipes, and a new toilet in the bathroom.
