All on a Saturday

Last Saturday we drove in the warm spring sunshine to Lorrach to cheer BFA's soccer team.

Border collies guarding sheep as their
owners created a new fenced area.

Along the way we  saw some interesting Spring sights.

Daffodils covered the sides of the road.

Folks were setting up the frog fences.
Frogs cross the road this time of year
and cause quite a mess.

We stopped and picked tulips to bring
home.  The field owner provides cutting
utensils, the price, and a locked box to
put the coins into.  The bouquet of 9 tulips
cost 3.60 Euro.

Easter egg trees seem to be
a German tradition.  These
eggs are plastic, not real.
