We were privileged to join some friends from California in the Swiss Alps this weekend. Lauterbrunnen's awe-inspiring valley rests under the peaks of Jung Frau, Monk, and Eiger. The valley's steep walls and cascading waterfalls remind me of Yosemite Valley.

Hiking down from Kleine Scheidegg provided many breathtaking view of the majesty of the Alps, demonstrating why this area rates with tourists! We are thankful for the blessing of friends who included us in their holiday.
